He has good teeth, exercises occasionally, has good vision with corrective lenses. He has a cleft chin.
His current hobbies and interests include: running and basketball. He has completed High School and is currently employed as a Labourer. His future goals are to get an A-Z drivers license to drive a tractor-trailer. His favorite subjects in school were math. He describes himself as perfectionist, energetic, adventurous, caring and egotistic.
His mother is employed as a Cleaner. His is employed as a Painter. He has two brothers and three sisters. His religion of preference is Catholic which he was raised and still practices. He is single, however he has proven fertility as achieved a pregnancy prior to his participation in our program. This donor is new to our catalogue as of August 1/99 and his fertility in our program is pending. There are no multiple births in his family history. This donor has average math, mechanical and language skills and above-average athletic ability. In three generations of his medical history his Paternal Grandfather died at age 70; Maternal Grandfather died in his late 70's of old age; Both Grandmothers are alive and healthy in their 80's; Paternal Uncle died at age 42 in a car accident; Donor has Bilateral Chalagia in his eyes, diagnosed at age 19 - non-hereditary - no family history of this eye disorder.
When asked about his motivation for becoming a donor, he stated that he is participating for the financial reward. He is would continue in our program without reimbursement, he would continue without anonymity, agree to meet DI recipients and offspring. Of course, present legal statutes and standards prohibit donor/recipient disclosure but he is very open to sharing non-identifying information for recipients and offspring.
